a teacher who has responsibility for the children in a school for whom learning is particularly difficult, for example because they have a learning difficulty, illness, or condition or because of their family circumstances. ALNCo is short for Additional Learning Needs Coordinator. 
  The school has a duty to designate a person to be the ALNCo. 学校有责任任命一人担任额外教育需求协调老师。
